"This is a cute little resort although it is dated. The restaurant and bar on site is a bonus.
The apartments are spacious.

"We had an unforgettable stay at Tivoli Resort, thanks to the incredible customer service. I especially want to thank Mariana and Luminita at the guest service desk.
During our stay, I had a sudden health issue that required an emergency visit. Since we don’t speak Portuguese, Luminita immediately called multiple hospitals on my behalf, spending over an hour until she found a private hospital in Faro that could see me. She even lent me her personal phone so I could reach my insurance company in Canada.
The next day, when I needed a follow-up appointment, Mariana kindly helped me again by contacting the insurance company to make sure everything was approved. Later, when we checked out, we realized there was a mistake on our flight ticket. Mariana patiently contacted the airline and airport until the issue was solved.
The service here was beyond exceptional—every staff member we met was professional, patient, and truly guest-oriented. The resort itself is stunning, with the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen at a hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with high-quality food and even champagne to enjoy.
We had such a wonderful experience and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!"

"We had a fantastic stay at this villa. The information supplied prior to check in was absolutely spot on and made everything go smoothly. The villa itself was great from the modern kitchen to the many areas to eat and drink and the swimming pool which the kids loved. It is ideally situated, only a c20 minute walk into Carvoeiro and a couple of minutes drive from the supermarket. We can't wait to return!"

"The owners were very responsive. The suite was clean and comfortable. The bnb is close to a bar and 2 snack bars for breakfast or lunch. It’s also located ten minutes or less to beach and many restaurants. The breakfast included cheeses, eggs, cured meats, breads, coffee and more. There is a nice spa near the pool and 2 jacuzzis. This is more adult orientated but my well behaved son was accommodated and treated very well. "
"Wonderful stay. My family stayed 5 nights in a two bedroom apartment. Short drive to beautiful beaches, short walk to town, but very quiet surrounding the hotel. Plentiful parking at the hotel.
Washing machine in the apartment was VERY convenient as we were on a longer trip (you'll need to supply your own detergent - bring laundry strips, or there's a supermarket short drive away). "
