"Check-in was smooth and the room was comfortable and well presented. The staff at reception were efficient. Unfortunately, the service elsewhere left much to be desired, particularly in the a la carte dining restaurant where staff seemed poorly trained and inattentive to guests’ needs. The Easter egg hunt was very poorly organised and disappointing, leaving many children upset. Overall, a mixed experience — good start but service issues bring it down to about three stars."

"The breakfast buffet was excellent and served in a large room. Our room was clean, balcony nice size. Outdoor Pool (not heated) was nice with ample loungers. Most staff attentive and helpful. We would like to single out two staff members (Gisela and Romulo) who provided outstanding service. Thank you. "

"Rocha Brava is a great location with many activities i cluding pickleball which we loved. Our apt was basic and a bit tired but had what we needed. It appeared several places were getting an update while we were there. Ours needs one. In soite of this would definitely return. "

The only thing is that the room did get quite humid/moist, but if you keep the window opens it helps. We would absolutely stay there again!"

"The place was far from any decent grocery store, they gave us a room for someone who is in a wheelchair, the bathroom was also meant for someone in a wheelchair, terrible to assume this suited our needs."

"Great location but very disappointing property. Not up to Vrbo’s standard. A neglected property. Great size for a family but needs complete updating. It had safety issues in the kitchen and pool area. We felt the property was greatly overpriced but could be lovely with a new kitchen and bathrooms."
