"We had an unforgettable stay at Tivoli Resort, thanks to the incredible customer service. I especially want to thank Mariana and Luminita at the guest service desk.
During our stay, I had a sudden health issue that required an emergency visit. Since we don’t speak Portuguese, Luminita immediately called multiple hospitals on my behalf, spending over an hour until she found a private hospital in Faro that could see me. She even lent me her personal phone so I could reach my insurance company in Canada.
The next day, when I needed a follow-up appointment, Mariana kindly helped me again by contacting the insurance company to make sure everything was approved. Later, when we checked out, we realized there was a mistake on our flight ticket. Mariana patiently contacted the airline and airport until the issue was solved.
The service here was beyond exceptional—every staff member we met was professional, patient, and truly guest-oriented. The resort itself is stunning, with the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen at a hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with high-quality food and even champagne to enjoy.
We had such a wonderful experience and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!"
"It is right next to the beach and all the popular attractions. Great room with plenty of space. Surprisingly there are no outlets in the bathroom. Had to plug my toothbrush in the outlet near the bed???

"The villa is in a lovely location, very quiet which was good for us. You need a car really to get places which was fine with us. We met one of the neighbours who was lovely. The villa it's self is clean and tidy, the pool was great and is bigger than it looks in the photos. Ana the owner was great, we had a we bit of trouble getting in as when we arrived the heat had made the door stick, a neighbour came and helped us get in, but in the meantime I had messaged Ana and she messaged me straight back. There were a couple of things that didn't work in the villa the large fan in the living room and some of the sockets and lights so we had to hunt for sockets that worked to charge our phones. I think in general the villa just needs a bit of updating. We had no issues with cleanliness, the maid was in every other day and also a pool guy. Good place for a quiet family holiday. Would recommend."
