"We had a very peaceful stay. The property was clean, safe, and well maintained. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a thoughtful goody bag filled with local treats and a few essentials, which was a lovely gesture from the host. The nearby local train station is a huge plus as for just £1.10, you can get to St Ives in under 5 minutes. Highly recommend!"

"Lovely clean apartment, close to the train station for the 5 minute journey to St Ives, and only a 5 minute walk to the Carbis Bay Hotel and beach with it's various restaurants.We had a lovely few days and would definitely stay here again"

"Amazing hotel clean, fresh, rooms are lovely, nice size and complementary tea and coffee and mini fridge stocked, Jan the owner was lovely very welcoming, car parking is limited on site but that didn’t bother us we parked in a side street near the hotel, lovely location, shop few steps away, Carbis bay hotel and beach literally 5/10 minutes walk but mind the hill on the way back up, you can drive down but parking can be expensive for the day and limited spaces.
