"We were apprehensive after reading previous reviews, however we were positively surprised. Our family room was large and spacious and the beds very comfortable. The deco is dated but everything was clean, the staff lovely and what a view!! If you want luxury, 5* accommodation, this isn't for you. If you want a comfortable, friendly hotel to stay in while having easy access to the town centre of St Ives, this is it."

"The property was small but ok for 2 adults & a pet ... It was clean & modern ... I asked a couple of questions but got no reply ... it was advertised on expedia as having parking which was the main reason we booked it but there is no room anywhere near the property to park which i feel is false advertisising ...other than this we enjoyed our stay in Beautiful St Ives .... reply "

"Nice, modern decorated flat, two floor quite spacious accommodation, great for families with young teens . Shops and restaurants on the door step, walking distance to the beach (10 minutes). Due to location entry behind the shops is not the pritiest solution, but there is a private patio perfect for drying beach gear, over all nice week in St Ives ."
