PURE bliss awaits inside the cozy, sun-drenched living area while you catch up on your favorite shows from the plush sofa or play board games at the dining table. With ample seating and charming beach decor, everyone can kick back and relax with ease. When mealtime arrives, whip up a delicious dinner in the well-stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances or host a summertime barbecue on the patio. A dedicated beverage fridge keeps cold drinks on hand and saves room in the fridge for family meal provisions. As the sun begins to set and the sky morphs into hues of pink and gold, kick up your feet in one of our comfortable plush chairs with cushioned ottoman on the front porch and relish the great company and swaying palms. Even better, roast marshmallows around the firepit and reminisce about another day in paradise. Great thought has been given to provide you the ultimate experience while relaxing and enjoying time with those that are special to you.

PERFECT for snowbirds looking to escape the winter weather and ideally situated, you’ll find the shore just a block away for swimming, boating, fishing, and beachside fun. Additionally, this home features boat parking and a fish-cleaning station, perfect for your return from a day of water adventures. You’ll also find Under the Palms Park and Lowkey Charters both within three miles.

LAUNDRY is made easy with a washer & dryer, detergent, dryer sheets and an iron/board & steamer.

KILLER'S Seafood is a favorite and located just a block (walking distance) on Hwy 98. Eat there or bring back and eat on our deck which offers comfortable Erwin & Sons Patio Furniture. You can enjoy a to-go meal or cook your own on an outdoor grill.

COMING back in 2025 is Toucan's on the Beach (hence the play off of words for our beach house name) that was destroyed in the 2018 Hurricane Michael. This was THE place to go before and this little Beach Town is looking forward to it opening again!! This too will be within walking distance of our Beach Home!

THINKING ahead, the last thing you want to pack for your beach trip are those bulky beach necessities, so you can use ours! We have beach chairs & towels, a Swig Cooler, Crestwalker beach cart, portable indoor/outdoor Bluetooth speaker and of course our NEW & awesome Shibumi beach shade! (so easy to set up) We love the beach at night, so you'll find turtle-safe red-beam flashlights to enjoy on your strolls! Hope you get to experience them while here!

Seasonal Tips:
*Follow the Fb group "Area Info | Windmark Beach, Mexico Beach, Port St Joe" for updated restaurant times, etc.
*Check Restuarant times as they adjust to busier or slower times
*Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
*Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep watch on this.
