"Lovely hotel but unfortunately small things let it down. Found breakfast was fairly basic, expected more for £18 price tag. No smoked salmon or kippers, no pancakes or vegetarian sausages. Nowadays a fry up just isn’t enough given dietary restrictions. Towel hook missing on back of bathroom door. ..."

Issues with the lifts

"As expected from CitizenM fast check in and out. Room as expected. But this place had a problem with the lift. 1 of 2 was out of order and there was lots of time waiting for the lift. If there were stairs I could not find them. Ruined a good stay"
