"From the moment we entered the hotel the excellent customer service and care started. There are staff who are greeted by regular holiday makers there as family. We arrived late and they had a chef make us some food which was totally above and beyond for the time we arrived. The hotel was fabulous had loads little rooms to relax, outdoor pool, indoor pool and gym looked immaculate The rooms are great and comfy The food was the best we have had in any hotel we been to. "This hotel was good value for money. The bed was soo comfy. My only complaint was insufficient staffing levels. Only ever one person on reception! So checkin was extremely slow and you always had to queue for a long time even to ask simple question. Jacuzzi wasn’t heated either. "
