"Remarkable staff and customer service We travelled from Virginia to Michigan and Niagara Falls . Our experience was awesome except we didn’t get the food package . The view was amazing, hotel very clean, staff welcoming and always ready to help . The best experience for a hotel so far . We plan to be back . Check in was amazing, agent took time to explain charges at check in and out . Room was cleaned daily by the amazing custodian staff . Every one is so important in this puzzle to make it work . Most grateful"

We originally booked a Fallsview room at The Oakes Hotel, but shortly before our stay, we were informed that our reservation would be moved to the Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel & Suites. The relocation was handled very smoothly, and most importantly, all of our original arrangements remained the same — including the Fallsview room, two beds, four adults, and the same price. We really appreciated that Expedia made the process easy and stress-free. The Hilton was beautiful, and our 23rd-floor Fallsview room had an amazing view of Niagara Falls. What initially seemed like an unexpected change ended up making our family trip even more memorable. Thank you, Expedia, for making the whole experience so smooth and for ensuring we still received everything we originally booked. We were very happy with how everything worked out and would definitely book through Expedia again! ❤️🌊"

"When I checked Anne and went into the restroom. The outlet in the bathroom did not work. And the outlet in the vanity area where the microwave and the mirror also did not work. The toilet kept running. The handle would not go up-and-down after you flushed the toilet. I immediately contact maintenance, and they fix the problem. I went out for a while, came back and the toilet still did not work correctly. Although it was stated that they fixed, it also the sliding door from the bathroom to the room was off of its hinge. And I asked the maintenance guide, since he was there. Could he repair that? And that was repaired, there were issues with the hotel that I should not have had to experience. When I arrived."

"The room was huge. Clean. Very nice. I was pleasantly surprised there was a refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee machine, as I had no idea the room would have any of these. The sofa bed matress could have been better, and it was squeaky. Had to go down 2 floors for the ice machine as the one on my floor was out of order, and there was not one the floor below me. The staff was amazing. We also had a very slight view of the top of the Falls, which was awesome."
