"We absolutely loved our stay at the Royston. We both opted in for the 3 course dinner and the food was excellent. Worth staying in a wet Welsh evening. We really appreciated how as a dog friendly establishment they cater for our dog. Treats in a room and lots of fuss. Lovely small touches like fresh homemade cookies in the room , great full cooked fry up in the morning. Great sized room , with en suite . "

"Lynda's accomodation is designed for both form and function. There's enough seating area outside for every type of weather. When it's sunny you can sit in front of the house or lie in the grass, when there's rain you can huddle inside or sit under the canopy. "Had a really good stay for our wedding anniversary the room was very clean and the spa facilities were really good. The stay was sort of spoilt though by a member of the bar staff called Henry who basically just ignored me at the bar after waiting to be served and just started serving someone else before me. Just thought it was a mistake but then did exactly the same thing to my wife when she went the bar. The member of staff in question needs retraining as when I asked him it would be best next time to ask who was next he just gave a sarcastic reply. Apart from that the stay was good. "
