"We got put into a different property than the one in the pictures however it was a lovely spacious place to stay. It had a balcony with a roof so we could sit out even in the rain. It had an inflatable hot tub which was different to the one in the pictures as the one in the pictures was a normal hot tub however this wasn’t an issue. "There are many things that are not working in the hut, the tv is broken, the toilet seat is broken and not cleaned other people have left rubbish in the bin, Wi-Fi not working, several blinds are broken, we understood from the booking there would be towels and tea towels and there are none, the general cleanliness is very poor. "We loved our 3 night stay here. It was reached by a very long road leading to only the cabin, main house and cottage. It was so peaceful with a brilliant view. The log burner was a god send as we battened down the hatches whilst a storm went over it was really cozy and we couldn’t have hoped for anything more, it was fully described on the listing. Christmas decorations may need to be taken down (as it’s april) but this was quite comical."

"Absolutely amazing place. Very clean, tidy and the yurt had lots of room with a log fire. Kitchen has all kitchen utensils, crockery etc you need. There's no fridge but there is a cool box. They have a little cooking stove and oven, sink and kettle. Shower with hot water, a compost toilet and a fire pit/BBQ. "We had a great stay at Deer cabin. It was much bigger than we expected, all the essentials were provided and the cabin was very clean. The hot tub was great too!"

"Hosts were great and lovely and friendly. The hut was very cosy and warmed quickly with the log fire. It's worth noting there's no electricity on site, except a solar powered shared kitchen area and a few solar charged auto lights. The log burner gives off plenty of heat but not much light. A torch would be VERY beneficial. You're on site with lots of animals around which is brilliant for kids and like staying on a farm. Just be wary fly's in the hut can be a problem if doors' windows are left...

"Stayed here with friends. My daughter and friends loved the hot tub. It was a real hit with everyone. Unfortunately no working tv, but the visit to Hay and lovely setting with hot tub and outdoor fire (wood provided) kept us busy. Would definitely recommend."
