"Elevators suck! Super slow and at times nearly impossible to get on as a family. Also if you decide to take the stairs the door at the bottom is a death trap with a blind step. "

"Great hotel, we enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Rooms were clean, 2 pools and hot tubs and loungers were nice. Parking could be a bit of a pain, and the attached restaurant/bar that was on the beach was too expensive, so we found other really great options in Kapaa. "
