Couldn't fault this hotel. It's a 4 star property, but honestly it felt like it exceeded that rating at every turn. It's bang in the middle of Puerto Pollensa, right by the port with all the restaurants on the doorstep and a short walk to the Pine Walk, so the location really couldn't be more central. We had an issue with our booking that needed changing, entirely our own fault, and the hotel sorted it for us even though they were under no obligation to. They were brilliant about it. We'd also booked two rooms and one didn't have a great balcony view, so they kindly offered us three alternative rooms to choose from instead. That kind of flexibility says a lot about how they treat their guests. The staff throughout are fantastic: attentive without ever hovering, and you'll never wait more than two or three minutes at the bar, whether you're by the pool or outside. The rooms themselves are modern and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a real highlight too, a lovely room with plenty of choice and genuinely great food. The pool is a saltwater pool directly opposite the hotel, right by the sea, with a beautiful view, and we managed to get sun loungers every single day without any trouble. The only small thing I'd change is the gate to the pool area, which doesn't need a key card to get in. Anyone can walk through, though I did see staff politely move a few people on who shouldn't have been there. It's a lovely spot. Overall fantastic.

Excellent location in a fantastic resort.

Excellent location in a fantastic resort. Single room was adequate but no balcony and very limited view. Pool area is excellent however the smell in the downstairs toilets is overbearing. Breakfast terrace location is superb. Only thing that let it down was the watery orange juice and the slow coffee machines which caused queue's. All my negatives were things that I had read on reviews prior to travelling.
