Beautiful location with lovely views. Our bach was spacious and well equipped and easily accessible for someone with a walker.

We spent tbe night at Tahi Lodge with our grandchildren and I can't praise it enough. Great facilities fantastic location and the sun shone.

Not much on-site parking. Had to park on the road. Didn’t feel safe going to the car at night, being out on the road.

Stayed 2 nights at the place with 2 children. Place was nice and cosy with breath- taking views. I was surprised that the kitchen was complete- had portable electric stove top, portable electric non- stick frying pan, toaster, kettle and all other utensils. Thus, managed to cook some decent meals. Bed was comfortable with all sorts of pillows (ranging from soft to firm). There was also a spa/ jacuzzi pool nearby which my kids enjoyed it very much. Back in 1975 we'd honeymooned at Mansion House when there were motel units on the grounds. Must have set us off on the right track, cos here we are back on the island again for some quiet together time.

I liked how close the property was to the intercity bus stop, supermarket, restaurants and library. All within walking distance. The view from the front rooms of the lodge were great with the bridge and waterfall. It was very clean and tidy. My room would easily fit three guests.
