"The hotel is exactly as pictured, beautiful and I am very picky. The only concern, is that we thought the pool area had a hot tub, but it did not and that was fine. The pool area was so relaxing. "

"The hotel room had bedbugs. My son got 4 bites in a line. The room was so cold, there was no heat. No blankets, only sheets. The lights stopped working and some of the outlets stopped working too. The fast food places are also horrible and so is the parking. The only nice thing about it was the water park, but I would never stay there again!"

"Average at best, on the plus side, bathroom was clean and the hotel offers a complimentary breakfast. The room itself needs an update with the carpet is very soiled and the room faces the highway and the roar of trucks is noticeable. Now the oddest thing, the internet did not come in in the majority of the room, if I stayed near the front door of the room it would connect, I mentioned it to the front desk but no solution was provided. "

"Breakfast buffet was very mid. We got there at 8:30 as soon as they opened and our food was still cold! The bacon was cold and hard, so were the potatoes which were not fully cooked. Our eggs were runny and also not cooked. My biscuits were hard and cold. I was not happy about that but the servers were nice and they are not to blame for that. The room was awesome and definitely cleaned. Which I liked. I would definitely come back but probably never eat on-site again. "

"We drove 4 hours and upon check in they informed us the water park was NOT included in stay. The room was filthy ( bathtub had hairs in it, toilet was dirty, and the bed sheets were stained). Our room key was assigned to other guests whom walked into our room while we were still inside. Every guest we encountered told us to not waste money on the water park- it’s filthy and water heaters are always broken. We decided to leave 4 hours after arriving, to drive back home another 4 hours. When we informed the front desk of our reasons for leaving and requesting refund, they told us we would have to email the manager because there was no one there to authorize a refund. After going back and forth for a while, my husband agreed to to allow them to charge one night ( we were supposed to be there for 2 nights), they agreed and put a refund request form in for the 2nd night. Although they charged us for one night we still decided to leave with our kids. It was absolutely a horrible experience, my 3 yr old and autistic 13 yr old were devastated and tired. My 3 yr old celebrated his birthday in the car since he couldn’t have his celebration at the resort as we planned. We will NEVER recommend them to anyone. "
