"The staff are friendly and courteous. I booked a 1 night stay for 2 rooms. We were upgraded to a family suite with no extra charge. The breakfast was great with enough selections. It was a great stay overall."
"Loved this hotel. Spotless, friendly, great staff. Room was wonderfull. (Executive suite) One top of it all, casino was very good to me. A no brainer for me

"Room was updated, spacious and clean, shower pressure was strong, checking out was a bit painful - if you are in a rush or have a tour check out at least 20mins before as the wait long, location was excellent, felt safe at night, staff are amazing "
"For the price, it's very clean and has a modern look. Actual had a kettle and fridge in the room unlike many hotel chains of the same price. No pests at all! Housekeeping are VERY friendly and hotel staff overall are very helpful. Minus: no free drinking water in the room, thin walls, no phone in the room, the hotel app never works for tourists, no one answers on Whatsapp, and housekeeping is CONSTANTLY dragging furniture. There was even ongoing maintenance at night! Power tools and dragging furniture. BUT this location and BGC are the best Manila hotels you're going to find for the price. As much as I can love the Philippines, I love Red Planet Hotels."
"Friendly staff, great location with many walkable areas with a reasonable price. They also have a cute cat that hangs around outside. The rooftop restaurant is cool but you need to make a reservation if you wanna sit by the edge. Would stay here again tho "
"Staff was nice and close to the embassy
WiFi didn’t work the first day and the buffet is a bit more expensive than expected
But overall a very nice stay"
