"Very friendly and hospitable staff with excellent attention to detail. No elevator for this two floor hotel but both security and hotel staffed assisted with our luggage to and from the room during both check in and check out process. Breakfast was delicious and parking was always reserved for us. Rooms were cleaned upon request and beds were comfortable. AC was strong and Smart TV has cable. Finally hotel restaurant closes at 11 PM with many restaurant choices close to the hotel. We traveled with our pair of toddlers and enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended."

"The room was excellent with everything working fine and all well maintained. The staff was welcoming, very polite, and professional. Most of the staff was bilingual. The VIP access is a bargain to access a nice breakfast that goes far beyond the “continental” breakfast description (omelette a, bacon, cereal, fruit. After 5PM this provides a small selection of substantial plates of food (beef, chicken, salads, cheese, salami). The jacuzzi was a great (maybe a little too hot) compliment to our busy days. We spent 6 nights total there and would love to return one day."

"It was like finding a little tropical paradise hidden in the middle of the city. I travel with kids. The Staff was extra courteous and accommodating to our needs. We checked in at around 10pm and the pool was open till 12 for us. The person in reception had the lights to the pool turn on for us and got us clean towels. The included breakfast was delicious and we only had to buy two more breakfast for our kids. Thank you!"
