"The apartment overall is good: spacious, comfortable, and very well located. The building staff is wonderful, always helpful and attentive.However, there are a few issues that should be improved. The refrigerator had a strong odor that made it unusable and even spoiled some food. When we first entered the apartment, there was also a noticeable smell similar to mothballs. The air conditioner in the main bedroom is extremely noisy, making it hard to sleep. In addition, the dining chairs release a black residue from underneath, which dirties the apartment when used and gives a poor impression.Aside from these points, the experience was positive. I would recommend the owner to address these issues and carry out more frequent inspections of the property, rather than leaving it entirely to the maintenance staff. With these improvements, the stay could be excellent."

"This was a great place to stay in San Salvador. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to coffee shops and other necessities. This is the perfect apartment when staying with family or another couple as the rooms are across from each other.
The said the only complaint I had with the apartment was the checkin process. We were stopped by security to check in with the reception which was different from
The instructions which said to just go in after parking. We were not allowed in as there was some type of communication which caused a delay in check in. In addition we had local family members with us which the staff would not let pass with us after just arriving from
The airport and we had a lot of luggage with us so it was a sore point when we had to leave them waiting downstairs. We were able to contact the host and eventually got them access to come to the apt and see us so we could easily travel with them back and forth.
Aside this we were able to make the best of the apartment and the location. Great place, felt safe and would recommend for a long weekend or if you’re working remotely for a couple of days. "
