It is a bit far from the center but there are many good restaurants and malls nearby. If you are okay with taking uber everywhere, which is super affordable, this is pretty legit option for the price

Staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location. The only complaint i have is that is very noisy, this is definetely not a hotel where you will be able to take a nap during the day and at night some guest where very noisy slammming doors and talking loudly in the hallways.

Some friendly but some not friendly staff specifically night shift staff not friendly with no English ability. Beds were moving right and left. Staff in breakfast area also not friendly. We left extension cord for charging devices in the room but immediately reached and the person responded told us to call tomorrow and she said “if we find we let you know to come pick it up”. Give me a break. Your cleaning staff should have brought it to the office unless one of staff took it. We consider that not ethical

Amazing staff- everyone is so warm and friendly. Wonderful hotel. The breakfast is delicious. I will be staying here again. The only thing was lack of parking around the hotel. Even so- I recommend staying here. Thank you!

I stayed in room 310 this time. I’ve been coming here for a few years for my weeklong stays to visit family and friends. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. I make sure to not miss breakfast, as I really like their omelette option hahah. The cleaning staff is very conscientious and will ask if things are to one’s liking, which is a plus. The front desk was able to assist me with a few things, such as getting envelopes and breaking a $20 bill when I was in a jam. As I said, very resourceful and cool. I’m booking again here the next time I visit family and friends.

This is a cute little spot that is suuuuuper affordable. I booked through Expedia and got a competitive rate. When compared with other hotels that offer the same type of room and amenities, this is one of the best deals. The staff is attentive and courteous - cleaning, kitchen, front desk - pretty much down the line. This is also a primo location near the Sheraton, so it's pretty central to all kinds of lunch and dining spots. I'd say it's also safe(r) here. I was also able to walk to Super Selectos, Dollar City, and the pharmacy to get a few items. Overall, I'm very satisfied and I'd recommend it for someone who's looking for a safe place to crash after partying all day hahah.

Location, good room, clean. I did have issues with internet and cable TV, but not enough to be a bother. I suggest the front desk to notify guest that if they park blocking another car, leave key or room number ( I did ) to move car. I was blocked for 2 hours and missed important appointment. Having said that, I would definitely stay with them again.
