Beautiful hotel close to everything! Awesome friendly and helpful staff. My room was comfortable i appreciated the daily cleaning and loved having washer and dryer in my suite.

The rooms were cleaned daily and grounds and plant maintenance was a daily tasks. Even with events on the compound your access was not restricted due to it. The Futura Mall across the street was convenient for dining daily. The variety of restaurants and the prices of their meal A1. The hotel staff was helpful and very friendly and accommodating. I will visit the country again just to stay there. Ground transport was comfortable, drivers were pleasant, friendly and courteous.

Great apartment-style room with plenty of space and comfort. The breakfast was absolutely awesome — especially with that beautiful view! I really appreciated the hot water in the bathroom and the two complimentary water bottles replenished daily. Those thoughtful touches made the stay even better. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Confusing set up. No door to Plaza. drove around the block several times before asking at Hilton and realizing that was where we were meant to check in. Staff were fantastic. hilton and grounds are beautiful. Plaza is a quick walk across a large courtyard. Rooms were huge and clean but felt oddly like budget rooms given the location/price.

The hotel is functioning as a blend of two brands (Plaza and Hilton), the front desk usually had three agents. However the check in time is very slow, the process for check in takes too long and my rooms were not ready by 5 pm. This resulted in me advocating for my family and request an expedited experience, which was handled good and we were upgraded. I suggest improve housekeeping staffing or linen dynamics so the rooms are ready by check in time. It’s not fair for front desk to have to apologize on behalf another department’s mistakes, it’s emotionally exhausting for them and sincerely handling standards and policies for two different brands in the same building is ridiculous. Are you plan to have half and a half uniforms too?
