"Everything during my stay was beautiful. The front desk staff, especially Wilmer, made my stay very memorable he spoke English and was a great point of contact for any questions I had. However, my experience took a turn on the last day when I was injured due to a wet floor in the spa area. I had to pay for my own hospital visit, and the hotel did not accommodate me or offer any compensation after the incident. Later that evening, I attempted to have dinner at their restaurant but was only given a 10% discount, even though I couldn’t finish my meal due to the pain. While the staff did seem concerned at first, that concern didn’t carry through during checkout when I received my final bill. Overall, the property was nice, clean, and had amazing staff but I’m disappointed with how the situation was handled after my injury in the Dominican Republic."

"The host never sent me the apartment or floor information so when at got there at midnight they could not let me in because i didnt have this information and the host was nowhere to be found, she never responded to my text messages or call, EVER!!"

"The condition of the property was so terrible that we ended not staying there. We. Checked in and ended up leaving within an hour of stepping in to the apartment. The place smelled like it moldy as if it had not been in years. One of the couches were broken. The kitchen area was littered with tiny cockroaches. It was a terrible experience . My and I had a really difficult time finding another place to stay with small children. "

"Cuando llegamos al lugar, ya la propiedad estaba reservada. Nos enviaron a otra que no era de dos habitaciones y cuando llegamos tenía una pluma rota por lo que tuvimos que esperar un plomero. Nos movieron a otro apartamento y no tenía tan siquiera papel toalla y jabón. Los utensilios estaban en malas condiciones al igual que algunas cosas. No había tan siquiera una olla para calentar leche y el microondas no funcionaba. "
