"Loved our the experience in this property. The Host was available all the time. I was able to do my reservation one day before and they worked out everything to make it happen!! The staff was very friendly, we loved Sonia- she welcomed us and explained everything and she also recommended where to eat and go for a stay which was last minute. The host also accommodated a pet last notice which was a lifesaver! it was a great experience we enjoyed every minute. The apartment is so cozy & and the view is amazing. This one will be one of our favorites and we cannot wait to come back!"

"Please recognize our host Valerie, in making our stay a remarkable one. The condo was just breath taking. Everything well organized and extremely clean. The views were exceptional. The pool and picnic area just amazing. We met two residents Nancy and Robert Just wonderful people gave us many ideas of what to do. The idea of just walking on to the beach was a dream crystal blue water and gorgeous white sand. Everyone respected each others privacy. We had security checking the surrounding area felt very secure. Many couples walked the beach at night. Many places to eat in the local area with in 10 miles. One guarantee you will not be bored. You want peace and quiet then escape to this is paradise. Love It."

"This is an outstanding property. Well appointed and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. (The chef's knife was even sharp! IYKYK) The ocean is literally steps away and the rocking chairs on the balcony quickly became our favorite spot. Lily, the property manager was so kind, and responded quickly to any questions, and even directed us to her favorite food places nearby. We spent a month here on the first leg of our retirement and are completely happy with out choice!"

"We really enjoyed our stay overall. The outdoor space is the standout feature of this property. The views are beautiful, and there is plenty of comfortable seating whether you want to relax in the sun or the shade. The beach area is also excellent for both swimming and simply enjoying the scenery.Inside, the kitchen is fully functional, the air conditioning does an excellent job keeping the house cool and removing humidity, and the lighting throughout the property is very well done. The location is another major plus, making it easy to access many of the area's attractions.There are a few things that could be improved. The kitchen knives are very dull, and having them sharpened would make cooking much more enjoyable. The master bathroom toilet takes over 10 minutes to refill between flushes, and the shower has inconsistent water temperature, occasionally turning cold or very hot without adjusting the controls. Water pressure is also fairly weak, making it difficult to rinse long hair.The neighboring property to the east leaves bright exterior lights on all night, which limits stargazing. In addition, two dogs at a property two homes down to the west bark for much of the day and evening, often beginning around 6 a.m. Finally, access to the property requires downloading an app to operate the gate, which may not appeal to guests who prefer not to share personal information with another service.Overall, this is a great property with an amazing outdoor space and excellent"

"We enjoyed our stay at this upper-floor apartment. It was clean, located in a quiet neighborhood, and had air conditioners in every bedroom, plus a console unit in the dining room that kept the kitchen, dining, and living areas comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed.One feature we appreciated was having access to a washer and dryer, although they were located downstairs outside the apartment. Unfortunately, the dryer did not produce heat, so clothes took a very long time to dry.The biggest issue during our stay was that the water heater stopped working, so there was no hot water. Our host, Fernán, did his best to get it repaired, but it required more time than was available during our visit. As a result, we ended up showering and doing laundry at our family’s home.We also appreciated that Fernán acknowledged the inconvenience and provided us with a 50 discount because of the hot water issue. His responsiveness and willingness to make things right were appreciated.Despite these inconveniences, we appreciated Fernán’s responsiveness and efforts to resolve the problem. If the apartment had reliable hot water and a functioning dryer, we would have easily rated it an 10 out of 10."

"This property is wonderful! The pool was clean and lovely. Anything you need is there and then some! Chris and Viviam were responsive and well prepared for adults and children. The pictures do not do this property justice; the bedrooms, the play area downstairs, the 2 refrigerators... excellent."
