"Stayed for 3 nights. 1st night couldn't get good sleep, A/C unit in the wall unit had a fan that was noisy so couldn't use the A/C, since it was cool enough outside temp decided to keep balcony door open on 2nd floor. But facing street it was too noisy. With help from on site Manager Erika, she went extra mile to get us in another room 2 nights facing marina and A/C that was working. She checked to insure it was normal noisy window unit a/c. Overall property is clean, rooms were cleaned nicely, beds were comfortable and sheets were soft. Disliked parking fees that provided no security, but it is norm in the area. Breakfast was better than average. Fresh ground coffee bean machine did decent job but coffee beans were commercial grade. For price point it is good place."

"I stayed here for 5 nights, and I was so happy with my experience! My room was HUGE, everything was spotlessly clean, parking was easy, the location was close to everything I needed, all of the staff were friendly, professional, and so helpful. I would definitely stay here again if given the chance, and would recommend it to anyone."

"Rented the Chic Beach Shack for a month while my mom recovered from surgery and the place was perfect. Very close to the beach although to get a view of the ocean you have to walk across the sand as it is not just a straight even shot. Lisa’s place had everything we needed to relax and recover. The backyard was spacious and nicely put together for calm evenings. This property is exactly what it’s listed as, Chic Beach Shack. Definitely not a high end squeaky clean new property but was perfect for a cozy stay. AC units in all rooms were a huge plus as it did get stuffy and warm in May/June. My two small dogs loved their stay here as well! Very cute neighborhood with a friendly neighborhood bar. Lisa and team were very accommodating and quickly responded to all our needs."
