"I could not get a hold of the host for days there was no communication. I traveled four hours to get there. Dispute that. Upon arriving again, I could not reach the host so I did not have the PIN to enter the property. After traveling for hours we were stuck in the cold in the rain trying to get a hold of somebody while there was no internet. We ended up checking in 2 hours later. Upon entering the property it was freezing and the place had not been cleaned. This was noticeable due to debris on...
