"Smelled like bleach in the room, had a very pungent smell. Room was cleaned a little bit, beds were stained and had hair on them. Which made me believe the sheets were not changed at all, and it definitely felt like it. The fridge in the room was broken and all of our food spoiled. Will not be back"

"I stayed for a weekend, and the last time I stayed before this the casino and hotel was in better condition. This casino hotel is degrading, the casino itself has fewer slots and the rooms are outdated. The staff are nice and make sure you get your drinks on time. I understand Sam’s Town was bought by the Ballys Corporation, in which there is a Ballys next door, so I guess we’ll see how it goes. Also, I was sad that the buffet was gone and they put a sportsbook area there. The buffet was one of the things I looked forward to every time I stayed before. "

"The place hasn't been renovated in a long time; there's rust in the bathroom, and the refrigerator and microwave are old. Plus, there's a strong smell of smoke throughout the hotel."

"Rooms below the 10th floor or a little shabby and noisy. You can hear all of the traffic noise. We started asking for rooms on the 12th floor or higher to not hear the noise and they seem to look and smell better up there also."
