I notified the front desk agent and the kitchen staff that there was a roach crawling on the food counter. It was crawling on the food counter surrounding the food. The kitchen staff informed the front desk agent at that time, during this time I mentioned to the front agent I just left another property due to issues surrounding the infested roach problem, and this is an anxiety for me. The kitchen staff located the roach, picked it up with a napkin and threw it in the trash can. Sorry, but i threw my food away and only kept the sealed yogurt. I refused to eat breakfast there the next day. And if I knew that this property had the same issue I would have not booked another night but it was too late. And later that night around midnight there was a roach in the corner of the bathroom. This must be a southern thing with roaches. But it couldn't be because I stayed at the Hampton Inn with no issues of roaches. As I mentioned the staff was great but sorry I would never book here again.

Usually stay here for business. Was VERY disappointed this stay. No t.v for the entire hotel, satelite was out. Folks that refreshed my room didn't place new toilet paper for the empty rolls - had to get it myself from front desk. Requested sheets be changed 1 time in 5 days - never done.
