"I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel in Boone. I traveled with my partner and our dogs, and we were very impressed by how clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing the property was. The hotel is truly dog-friendly, which made our stay especially comfortable. One of the highlights was the breakfast—excellent quality with a wide variety of options that changed daily. Each morning offered something different, and everything we tried was very good. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Boone."

"Clean room, comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good with flavored waffels, cereal, danish, fruit, biscuits and gravy, homestyle potatoes, eggs, suasage, bagels, yogurt and hard boiled eggs. Hot chocolate and coffee available during the day."

"The room was very clean. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed our stay here. The only issue we had was the sink faucet wouldn't ever give us hot water. We had to use the tub faucet to get hot water. We were in a room facing the street which was noisy until late at night when traffic finally died down."

"Room was very small, but had fair sized bathroom. No dressers, no spare pillows. Breakfast was fine but area is very small. It was passable and if you just need somewhere for one night, the price is fair. I wouldn’t stay here much longer than that, though."

"Terrible breakfast. There is no breakfast buffet, their online description is highly deceptive and misleading. There was some lukewarm coffee, a few dry bagels, muffins and toast. No eggs, no links, no bacon… nothing warm. Then the manager had the audacity to tell me that I didn’t even qualify for any breakfast since I didn’t book directly with the hotel. Expedia members don’t count. I also qualified as a VIP guest which they ALSO didn’t honor (no free beverage). Small stuff like that ruins your vacation, especially since the listing boasts about their breakfast! I can eat elsewhere, but the manager felt like blaming ME for not booking with them directly. "
