"Margaritaville is located in a great spot right next to Coki Beach, which just one of the best snorkeling areas on the island. I loved the property and our room was nice. There pools were great. The seaweed did not bother us at all. I was disappointed to learn that there was no hot tub anymore and I was expecting very warm weather our entire trip, but there were cooler days that would have been a great time for a hot tub. The worst part about our stay was that the staff specifically at the restaurant and one of the bartenders were very unfriendly and acted like it was a nuisance when we asked for anything. They would talk back, roll their eyes, and had lore with ethic. This wasn’t just at the Margaritaville, but we noticed this throughout the island that the customer service was very subpar. The people who worked at the guest services and tourist excursions at the Margaritaville were amazing, however! Over all that we had an amazing vacation and a memorable time with our family! "

"WOW! This unit was wonderful. Description of property and small details provided by the host were terrific. The beach chairs and soft pack cooler was a great bonus since we rented a vehicle. Peaceful, clean, and responses from the host from booking to checkout were wonderful. Having a backup generator and filtered water were a HUGE perk, in addition to good water pressure and hot for showering. Would definitely rent from this host again."

"Great location with lots of restraunts and things do to close by. Coki Beach is a short walk and a lively atmosphere with a more local vibe. Proximity to Red Hook and Sapphire Beach was awesome and host communication was great. Highly Recommend a stay!"

"Our stay at this property was exactly what we were looking for. The studio villa was clean and the patio area was very nice for morning coffee. It was in a great location and was very quiet and felt safe. The close proximity to Margaritaville made it convenient to catch a taxi. Also, we loved walking over to Sun and Sea Bar and Grill for cocktails and a bite to eat. We will keep Pineapple Villas in mind for future getaways!"

"I can’t tell you if the seating in the unit was comfortable because we spent every minute we were there on the deck! Plenty of seating options for lounging or dining there and it is worth every moment to enjoy the spectacular view! The host provided beach chairs and towels as well as a cooler and snorkeling gear and we spent every day on a different beach. It was fabulous. We appreciated the restaurant suggestions provided and had excellent dinners at several of them. Loved this unit which was as shown in the pictures and very clean."

"We enjoyed our stay. It was a nice location, and relatively close to several popular beaches. If you haven't stayed here, i would recommend arriving for the first time in the daylight jours if you are renting a vehicle. A little challenging maneuvering your way to the proper building.Otherwise, reasonable rate for our weeklong stay and a very nice var and grill attached. "
