"Beautiful view. Spacious and clean room. Michael was a helpful host who gave useful recommendations. The check in/out process was super simple and stress free. Close to the ferry to St. John’s which was convenient. I am excited to stay here again in the future!"

"This condo was small but was perfect for what we needed. It stayed nice and cool without running the a/c. The bed was very comfortable and the decor was warm and inviting along with the colors they choose. The grounds were beautiful and very tropical. The closest beach was Coki and we fell in love with it. Our stay was great. The hosts were friendly and checked on us to see if they could do anything to make our stay better. Highly recommend renting a car. We walked and used taxis but we still had a great time."

"Pictures don't do this house justice. The view, palms blowing in the breeze, private beach with fun snorkeling. We watched the sunsets 2 nights from the beach. Pool was delightfully fun and dining outside every evening with the cool breezes and the views - absolutely stunning.Owner and property managers were responsive and helpful. Information was very accurate.You're a few minutes' drive away from Lindquist and Sapphire Beaches. Coki (our favorite) was just a few minutes more.Can't beat the location!"

"The view is amazing and the water is very pretty. The house had a lot of space, good central meeting areas with good outdoor eating and lounging options as well. Overall it was a good stay considering we wanted to all be together in a large place (extended family). The tv's and Sonos were nice to have when we wanted to do our own thing in our room or have music while cooking. The owner, Julie gave great recommendations for places to go and answered questions quickly. The home is showing it's age in some areas. Doors that don't close without force, hard to open sliders, etc. The freezer track was messed up and required an extra push to close all the way. We learned this by all the ice cream melting, that was a bummer. No bedrooms have locks nor bathrooms, it took some getting used to with the kids. The water smelled like sulfur, so we bought roughly 20 gallons of drinking water. Keep that in mind if you rent. Parking is tricky and the gate is very tight. Unfortunately for us the time of year was such that a lot of seaweed was washing up and caused a terrible smell outside, (nothing to do with the house) so the local nearby beaches were a no go due to the smell. All in, it was a good stay, we enjoyed each others company and loved the view. That never gets old, and every bedroom has a good view! If you stay here, I'd advise bug spray. In the evenings when the sand cools, they come out aggressively. We all got eaten up."

"The view is totally accurate. My son and I had a great time sitting on the balcony looking out and just listening to the water. The condo is quiet and close to the on-site restaurants and pools. Shawn is very nice and will answer any questions.The property is kept clean, and security/maintenance are on site to ensure everything is safe. The staff is friendly with a smile and hello. You can request a ride to the office in their golf carts if you need to catch a taxi. They will call a taxi for you, if needed, too!"
