"This was our second stay here. We thoroughly enjoy everything about it and we haven't even taken advantage of the kayaks and other water sport offerings they provide. The breakfast is exactly what you would expect at a hotel/motel - Tasty and gut-filling. Their Community brand coffee is great. The pool, fire pit and "play area" is a great space and having access to the private beach was perfect. Sitting on the Adirondack chairs on the beach, watching the dolphin literally JUMPING out of the water as the sun was dropping, was a great experience. Staying here checked all of the boxes for us. The location is also perfect. There are several eating, drinking, and live music options just a short walk across the street, to the Boardwalk. "

"When I got to my room, the interior lock/bar was in place, so I could only open the door a few inches. Instead of giving me a different room, the lady at the desk had the maintenance man come over and break into the room. The maintenance man was about to leave with the piece that he had just broken, handing loose on the door. I asked him to tighten it, and he did. I would not stay here again. Aside from the obvious issues, the area did not feel safe to me. I feel like there are better places to stay in Pensacola. "

"First room smelled awful, like very strong cologne. Moved to a second room. Room was only cleaned once during the 5 night stay, even after multiple requests. Not the greatest area. On the upside, the beds are comfortable. Would not recommend."
