"I lost my medicine. I was very upset because it was thrown away from housekeeping. I worked in housekeeping in the past and never when there was a stay over did I touch anything besides the laundry and garbage. However the staff literally went through the garbage to try to find it and that was over and beyond. They said breakfast, it was cereal and coffee. Pool was clean, room was clean, grounds were clean, staff was nice, bed was so comfortable I want buy one exactly like that. First night was great and then I got above neighbors and they waked loud med furniture ( literally)."

"Such a welcoming and beautiful place! We came to see our Sailor graduate A-School at the Naval Base there in Pensacola and felt right at home! Breakfast was AMAZING, always fresh and refilled non stop! From the Front Desk to the Kitchen Lady and the Maintenance Man, INCREDIBLE Staff!!! We stayed in the One Bedroom Suite and it was so AMAZING for our family of 6! Sending all the Navy Families that way for sure! Thank you!"

"Easy to find, easy to park. Clean and quiet. Breakfast offers muffins, granola bars, eggs and oranges. Plus coffee tea and milk. Nice staff and visitors. 20 mns away from Pensacola beach. Easy drive and parking options there. 15 mn drive to the blue Angels training center. Visitor Must take the NAS road to get there. We had awful traffic to enter the base in July on the training day."

"Overall pretty good for the price. Room was nice, bed was really comfortable. Cleanliness could be stepped up. The room was not visibly dirty but we Clorox wipe down everything and the wipes were dirty when done. The floor felt unclean but our feet were not dirty after walking on it. If you have mobility issues the bath tub could be a problem, it’s very tall and hard to get into. Opt for an accessible room if you think that might be a problem. The water is very hot and almost too hot after a day in the sun. I love a hot shower and it was right on the border of being too hot on the coolest setting. The gym was not accessible, doors were locked. The pool water was clean, however there was a lot of sand on the bottom. They advertise a light breakfast. Breakfast is your choice of a Honey bun or a granola bar, that’s it. Overall, if you are trying to save money, it’s not a terrible place as long as you know what to expect. It’s kinda bare bones with a comfy bed, staff was polite and friendly"
