"I have only the best things to say about La Maliosa! I stayed here with my boyfriend for 5 nights on our first trip to Italy, and it was the best introduction to Italy we could have asked for. As soon as we arrived, the host greeted us with peach iced tea, and even though it was technically after lunch hours, they asked us if we were hungry and cooked us up some delicious pasta. Throughout our stay, the hosts were very attentive and always available for questions or if we just wanted an afternoon cappuccino. They were so lovely! Our room was great, with a nice private courtyard and an incredible view of Positano. Sitting on the patio, it practically feels like you're on the water and it felt so cozy and peaceful. If you're looking for a luxurious hotel experience with lots of amenities, this might not be for you, but for us it was absolutely perfect. Way more affordable than the expensive hotels in the center of Positano, and nice and quiet! The walk to and from the center village really wasn't too bad (we did it 2x daily), and we joked that it was good cardio for us to work off all the delicious carbs we were indulging in! I'd definitely stay here again and I'm so grateful to the hosts for providing us with a comfortable and wonderful stay. Thank you!"

"This is a hidden gem in Positano! It is perfectly located making it easy to get to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The room was big with a stunning view of Positano and the water. We cannot say enough good things about this property and highly recommend it. It is reasonably priced for the area and is clean, the staff is kind and breakfast on the patio each morning was great! Don’t hesitate in booking this property! "

"I normally don’t leave reviews, but wanted to on this property after reading the previous reviews prior to our stay that had me feeling uneasy. For the price in Positano, you absolutely can’t beat it. It’s convenient for walking to city center, around 400 steps one way. The breakfast spread each morning filled the entire wall, so much to choose from. The staff was extremely accommodating, held our luggage, called our taxi, and allowed us to check in early since our room was available after a long day of travel. Most properties in this town have steps one way or another, but it’s a lot quicker to walk vs getting transportation each day due to the layout of the city. Our room had an amazing view of the city and ocean, would absolutely stay here again! "
