It's ground fresh, but the milk substitute tastes terrible. Truly the worst I've had in Italy so far. I've had very good coffee from machines in other countries in Europe."

"The front desk staff were mean. They are not welcoming at all. They seem to have forgotten that they are in the hospitality industry. There was no bell man upon my arrival. Additionally, On my departure when I asked for a bell man it felt like pulling teeth. When they finally agreed to provide the bell man, he only brought my heavy bags and only to the front desk and not closet or into my car. Overall, the customer service was poor"
