"We booked a stay for our family of 2 adults and 3 teenage children in an ‘executive apartment’. The apartment itself was clean and tidy but there was only one mirror in the apartment other than the bathroom which was tricky with 5 of us sharing one apartment. It was not considered to be a ‘room only’ hotel stay by the staff. We were told that it is a separate apartment and therefore we had to pay if we needed additional toilet rolls (1 euro each!). By far the most disappointing part of our stay...
