Super Aufenthalt, tolles Hotel mit klasse Service

Das Hotel ist super klasse. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, personal super super hilfsbereit und das Frühstück ist zudem auch noch spitze. Der infinity Pool mit Blick ins Tal zum Gardasee ist der Wahnsinn. Immer wieder kamen Spaziergänger vorbei, um diese Aussicht zu fotografieren. Aperol Spritz an der Poolbar für 5.50€ ist auch klasse. Ein besonderer dank gilt den Jungs im Service, sowohl beim Frühstück als auch an der Bar…. Die waren super aufmerksam und sehr nett. Wir hatten eine super Woche dort. Der Inhaber Alberto, von dem in einer anderen Bewertung gesprochen wird, kam jeden Tag zu uns, um sich zu erkundigen, wie man unseren Aufenthalt eventuell noch verbessern könnte….. sehr aufmerksam.

We zijn 10 nachten daar geweest en het was fantastisch. Het ontbijt was heerlijk. Schoon netjes en hele goede bedden. Dus in 1 woord FANTASTISCH!

Un hotel fantastico!

Era la prima volta che soggiornavamo in questo albergo, ma sicuramente non sarà l'ultima. Tutto era perfetto: il bellissmo ingresso e la sua da pranzo, la nostra splendida camera e la fantastica terrazza davanti all'hotel con una vista meravigliosa sul Lago di Garda. Il cibo delizioso è stato servito da personale molto cordiale. Infine, vorrei naturalmente menzionare la grande e bella piscina a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti dell'hotel.

1 Zwischenübernachtubg wurde zum Highlight !! Wir würden gerne wiederkommen . Tolle Lage und der Pool ist der Knaller - angenehme temperiert und mit Ausblick vom feinsten. Tolles Frühstück- bis auf den Kaffee aus der Maschine - der war ungenießbar.

Che incubo!

Il nostro soggiorno in questo albergo è stato un vero incubo. L’hotel è gestito da personale giovane e palesemente inesperto. Al nostro arrivo, ci è stata assegnata una camera che non era ancora stata pulita, un errore inaccettabile per una struttura che dovrebbe garantire standard minimi di ospitalità. Quando abbiamo segnalato il problema alla reception, la situazione è peggiorata ulteriormente. Il receptionist, invece di scusarsi e risolvere prontamente la questione, ha alzato il tono della voce e ci ha chiesto di aspettare perché l'albergo era pieno. Un comportamento che abbiamo trovato estremamente scortese e poco professionale. Dopo mezz'ora di attesa, finalmente ci è stata assegnata un’altra camera, ma il disagio ormai era evidente. Consiglio vivamente di evitare questo albergo, soprattutto se cercate un servizio di qualità e personale competente. Purtroppo, l’esperienza è stata rovinata da un personale che sembra non sapere cosa significhi gestire un hotel con professionalità.
