"This flat has everything you need. We really loved our first time to Amsterdam. Like people said earlier the steps are a good workout! The flat is decorated very cute and the beds are very comfortable. So is the sofa!! It is easily accessible to the trams into the city and walking distance to cafés and grocery stores. It feels a little far from the city, but that also makes it really quiet and there is a lot of parking!! Valcim was really attentive to our needs too. Thank you so much!"

"Diese Unterkunft war inexistent - Es war im Bestätigungsemail eine Tel.Nr. hinterlegt. Als ich da angerufen habe, wurde mir gesagt, dass sie keine Zimmer vermieten... War somit ein Fake! Hat grad etwas Stress verursacht... gut bin ich nicht dorthin gefahren! "

"Property was clean and well appointed. There were 2 adults and we booked for 3 so we could have the whole apartment to ourselves and each with our own room. Small kitchen served us well for breakfasts and snacks. Bathrooms were stocked with soaps, shampoo, etc. Some reviewers have advised about the 2 steep staircase stairs. These were a bit curvy so the steps were not rectangles, but narrower at the curved part and wider (still shallow) at the outside wall. A handrail is installed on the wall...

"This is a nice place,the area was pretty and the cabin was nicely furnished but be aware that no soap, shampoo or dish soap is provided, the toilet room is also very small( like airplane or smaller) Also there is a $95 fee for bed linens as well as a cleaning fee and a deposit on top of what you already paid. "This place fit the bill very well for us. A place not just to sleep but also enable us to have a place to relax and have a cup of coffee or tea and something basic to eat. Comfortable living/dining setup, good bed, bathroom facilities ingenious for the space. Donald is a great host, English is his native language so conversation was very easy."

"The property was very clean upon arrival and well equipped to handle our needs for a three night stay. The location adjacent to the river was an added benefit as we enjoyed seeing an occasional boat travel on the river. This unit was very quiet and comfortable for our party of three adults. The online and downloadable guidebooks were very information and provided lots of useful information. The host was very responsive to questions that we had. Loved our time staying here!"

"Very modern and comfortable studio apartment In a quiet neighborhood. It was convenient to go by bus/train wherever we wabted, only 30 minutes to Amsterdam. Nice place, good accommodation for 2 or 3 people. We spent one week exploring Amsterdam and the surrounding areas. It was a pleasure to return to this place after a busy day. Thoroughly enjoyed it. "Excellent hotel. Arrived early and was able to access room early. Self checkin through ipad was easy to navigate. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Liked thw technology in the room. Lighting, ambiance and TV controls on an ipad. Automated blackout shutters on the windows. On each floor was a coffee station and central ironing board. Bar and restaurant on main floor. Pizza was very good. Didn't try the buffet breakfast. Area is safe and walkable. A few convenience stores around. McDonalds across the street. 5 minute walk to train station."
