"Large bright room with nice view out front of boats in the bay. Clean and well equipped. Only stayed one night before the morning ferry but would stay here again if we were going to spend a few days in Picton."

"The room was very clean, maybe a bit small for two people. On the other hand, the bathroom was huge and had everything one needed. The kitchenette had no separate sink, therefore cutlery and dishes had to be cleaned in the bathroom. Parking was free and the owner was really nice. A Tavern with great food is in walking distance, so no need to drive to a restaurant. Altogether, an appealing place to stay where guests get a good night sleep."

"The room on the top floor was nice and roomy with a very good fridge and smart TV. The bathroom was quite small but it was clean and modern and the shower was power. The only complaint I have is that the bed was quite old and not the most comfortable. The receptionist was great and we enjoyed some banter with her when we checked in. Friendly staff with a sense of humor are always appreciated."
