"Really easy to check in with the code being send in advance. Apartment looked much better in the photos than in reality. We got some bad smells from the plumbing. Great location, easy to walk to the Duomo and Sforza castle. Only provided 2 knives, forks, plates, cups etc. so had to wash up every time?? - no point in the dishwasher for so few items."

"Hotel and staff were really nice. Misses a reception area to relax in and generally be a meeting point, and breakfast was only OK, and not worth 25 euros. Great stay though."

"I was extremely happy staying in the property as I was well taken care of. The rooms are clean with everything new including the towels. The air conditioner worked exceptionally well given that most European hotels pay less attention to cooling. There is a lot of open space inside the property giving it a homely vibe. The location is the best. I took the express train from the MXP airport to Cadorna station and washed walked to the hotel, just 7 minutes from the station. The Duomo is less than 10 minutes from the hotel. There are restaurants and shops all around the hotel. The hotel is very quiet as it is located in a alley. I will stay there again if I return to Milan again. There was no kettle and tea/coffee in the room, which I missed badly. "

"They don’t have the basic essentials. It’s modern but too cramped. They don’t change bed sheets daily once upon check in.and poor ventilation so the room smells like toilet"
