I stayed here with my family of 2 adults and 3 young children. I like that the property is new and clean. Apartment layout is ideal with bedrooms separated by the living room. Apartment was fully equipped with essentials. Lots of restaurants nearby. Reception is very friendly and welcoming. I had a van so was easy for me to get around and see the sites of Valencia. Was able to find street parking near the apartment. Carrefour supermarket next door. Enjoyed my stay here 😄

We were arriving by car, always a challenge in a strange city, but the staff were very helpful and we got into a public garage not far away. You need to be aware that there is no restaurant or even a real breakfast area - just an area where you can get free self-serve coffee etc and snacks from a vending machine any time, and sit at one of the many tables. That might not suit everybody, but it is an easy walk to restaurants, cafes, monuments etc. Also the reception is staffed only limited...
