"Debora, the owner, is a lovely lady and is friendly and helpful. The property is just inside the city walls and very well appointed. The kitchen has everything you could want including a milk frother for cappuccino. The local Irish are is downstairs but the noise levels are not bad. And the world's best earplugs are included into the room, just in case."

"A wonderful stay! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable - perhaps in need of a repaint (scratches/marks on walls). The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in a convenient position whilst being very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Great location just on the outside of the city walls, easy walking into town to explore. 10mins walk to the train station too. We had a small room (intentionally for 1 night at the Lucca Summer Fest). It was good. The bed was very comfortable & the shower was also good. We would come back, but would upgrade the room. Breakfast was good, not loads of choice but the cappuccino’s kept flowing as we requested them!"

"We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and kind. The breakfast was a great spread including homemade pesto. We were staying for a concert and the next morning they were playing the band’s music at breakfast which we thought was a sweet touch. Very well located for train travel too. Would definitely at here again."

"Pros: Super cool concept with each room being an opera Very central location - close to everything in Lucca Clean room and nice shower Cons: AC exists but the room was still very hot in July You have to leave your key with the front desk every time you leave Only two pillows per room and pillows/blanket were itchy and uncomfortable"
