"Gorgeous modern rooms, remodeled in 2024. Nicest bathroom I’ve ever seen at an hotel. Absolutely prime location, right on the min shopping street and steps from I’ll Campo. Amina was the best host ever and even helped us schlep our bags all the way to the Stadium parking lot (a 15 minute haul and the only downside about the property). "
"The staff were all so wonderful and welcoming! We enjoyed a lovey breakfast each day of our stay. I would not hesitate to recommend to others or to stay again. "
"Lovely place to stay and very central . We had a room with a balcony which overlooked the square . Viola was very welcoming and ordered taxis for us . "
"
A lovely boutique hotel, beautifully refurbished.
Spotless.
Reception very friendly and helpful.
All the sights were within walking distance.
Couldn’t fault it."
"Positives: Good location for exploring Siena and easy to find. Support was good during our stay if we had issues.
Negatives: At entrance to the main square so noisy. Ear plugs are essential at night to offset noisy restaurants til 1am. Teenagers singing at 3am. Bins at 7am. Shower was ridiculously small. TVs were old, if you want internet bring HDMI lead. Lounge area not cosy. Lighting poor in lounge for reading."

"Charming venue! Great location with friendly staff. Lovely patio area in the back of the hotel! Don't miss it. Money well spent on this relaxing boutique hotel! "
"We were in the attic room. Heed the warnings about large luggage. We were fine with carry ons, but we got stuck waiting for another couple struggling to get their very large bags up the tiny spiral staircase. Beautiful views from the attic rooms.
I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, it’s ideally situated, a coffee shop steps away is a bonus every morning. Staff is friendly, rooms clean, area safe. Will return again. "
"Lovely hotel a short walk from the train station but feels like it’s in the countryside. Huge supermarket at the end of the driveway for those self-catering. Pleasant grassy pool area that felt very peaceful. Large cool room with very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly, super helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay again. "
"Front desk staff were professional, kind and multilingual. Very helpful with storing luggage after checkout and help with printing museum tickets. Valet parking is easier than parking yourself at this location. Cost was €35."
