"I was directed to this property through Rick Steves lodging recommendation in his book on Italy. It is steps away from the city center with great restaurants nearby. The hostess was so nice. The room was very clean and decorated with antiques. I would stay at the Palazzo Masi again if visiting Siena."

"Chambre en plein cœur du centre historique donc très bien situé pour visiter Sienne. Il nous a été indiqué une rue à 10mn à pied pour se stationner gratuitement. La chambre se situé au 4e étage sans ascenseur. Pour nous pas de problème mais c'est bon à savoir. La chambre est équipée d'un ventilateur au plafond ce qui n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce donc très bonne nouvelle à notre arrivée avec plus de 35 degrés dehors. Par contre assez bruyant, un bar juste en bas mais on ne peut pas...

"Charming and authentic place to stay in Siena. Small and quaint, this bed & breakfast has beautiful italian charm. The man that runs the place is kind and helpful. A few things to note, it was a bit difficult to find as there were no large signs outside the building. There are three flights on stairs to walk up to before reaching the front desk. It is a very old building, so the place is quite spooky in the evening. My room was clean and spacious, but the bathroom was very dated and smelled...

"The location is good - walkable everywhere although that might be said for most places in Siena. However, this location seemed to be a secondary business to the wine shop and the check-in and check-out seemed to be a bit of a bother to the owners. The fact that the 'office' is in the wine shop some blocks away from the room was inconvenient (definitely do not sign up for the breakfast). Overall it was the least favorite of the 7 places we stayed during our 3 week tour of Italy."

"Stayed in a room at the rop of a tower originally used as a watch tower. Authentic and very coil. Views that were amazing from our windows and courtyard."

"I got there and the owned explained to me the room was not paid for.. I wanted to check and she was really rude, she told me she didnt care if I didnt take the room, she wanted the money. It made me very uncomfortable, I would defininitely not recommend it. "

"The postive is checkin experiene is easy as the receptionist is very nice. She communicated well. The negative is the room are not insulated. You can hear other rooms closing their doors and kids running in the hallway. "

"The apartment is very spacious with lots of antiques and has a home from home feel. It is about a 20 min walk into town, uphill in places but straight forward. Parking is tight so bring a small car 😊. The views across to the old town are great and the balcony space a plus."
