"I used this accommodation as a private rental (minpaku), but there were multiple problems with both the cleanliness and the host's management. The cleaning was inadequate; there was a lot of dust on the floor and the air conditioning unit. The water areas were dirty, and the previous guest's garbage was left in the trash can under the sink. A cockroach came out of the trash can, which was very unpleasant. The refrigerator had handprints, dirt, and a foul odor, but I had to use it out of...

HOTEL du LAC SIGNATURE

10/10 Excellent

"We had a wonderful stay at HOTEL du LAC SIGNATURE! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights of our experience was the breakfast buffet. The selection was great, but the smoked salmon Eggs Benedict truly stole the show for me—it was the best I have ever had! It was absolutely delicious and made breakfast one of my favorite parts of our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and really appreciated the excellent service, cleanliness, and amazing food. We would definitely recommend HOTEL du LAC SIGNATURE and would love to stay here again!"

Hanoi Splendid Premium Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Fantastic hotel with excellent customer service! All the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. The facilities were spotless, well-maintained and kept to a very high standard. A special mention to the Sky Bar staff, who were amazing, enthusiastic and made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!"

The Oriental Jade Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We had a very pleasant stay at the Oriental Jade Hotel. We booked two corner rooms, which were clean and comfortable, although the views from the fifth floor were not particularly impressive. The highlight of our stay was the excellent service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We truly appreciated the hospitality and felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The location is fantastic — just steps from Hoàn Kiếm Lake and many of Hanoi’s main attractions, with shopping and plenty of restaurants only a few blocks away. The breakfast buffet could be improved, particularly with more variety and better-quality cheese and cold cuts to accompany the bread selection. The eggs also need some attention; both days our eggs were overcooked, suggesting the kitchen could benefit from some additional training. Overall, what stood out most was the wonderful service and friendly staff. The location is hard to beat, and we would happily consider staying here again."
