Great location
Wanted to stay near Central Festival and Tesco Lotus so location was excellent. Room very clean and comfortable. Only negative was the a/c wasn't very cold, even set at 18c it felt like 27c.

Good peacful location.
My family and I were extremely happy with the Palms Residence. It gave us a getaway from the crazy nightlife but close enough to almost everything. Our room was very clean and the service was great.

We booked 12 rooms 1/2 year in advance. So the hotel needs to adapt to us, not opposite. First telling us we only had 10 rooms. Then 3 rooms having to change rooms during the 5 -day short stay. Waking up people 8 in the morning telling them to change rooms Very unprofessional, this part.
