The front desk workers were very nice and helpful. My room was larger than I expected. I appreciate the waters provided. The hotel works with a massage place across the street, which is one of the best priced places in Patong. Massage was great too. I never felt unsafe in the hotel or the area. There is a 7 Eleven one minute away, which is super convenient.

Room was very basic and dark has window but another building on side of it so felt very costar phobic and not very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and nice. Area of Patong isn’t far from all shops and malls so good location. Personally with my family or by myself wouldn’t stay again due to it not having any natural light and very dated. But for the price will be ok for someone for a quick stay.

Room was an oven due to a faulty AC unit. We were baking in the room and couldn't sleep until the next day. The next day the staff rudely asked us to vacate the room, we couldn't wake up due to the lack of sleep because of the hot room, they still called again and asked us to leave aggressively, so we did as instructed and left. Never going back there again.

Excellent hĂŽtel pas loin de Bangla Road

Mon séjour à Phuket a été de 20 jours. Cet hÎtel est trÚs bien situé, propre, au calme, avec plusieurs services pour réserver différentes excursions, location de scooter, demande taxi, etc... Une petite piscine sur le toit idéal pour faire trempette et prendre un bain de soleil au calme. Le rapport qualité/prix est au rendez-vous. Le personnel est trÚs sympathique et certains parlent français ce que peut faciliter le dialogue. Un 7-eleven est juste à cÎté pour les petits achats. Un salon de massage propose leurs services devant l'entrée de l'hÎtel. Bangla Road est à environ 15 minutes de marche. Je recommande.
