Good-sized room and balcony, friendly staff, and a good location close to the beach (10 min walk) restaurants, shops, and 5 min walk to Jungceylon Mall. Downsides: -Only one small lift with long waits. -The bathroom has a deep bathtub that you need to step into to shower, and water wets the floor. -Breakfast is basic: most food is served cold, there isn’t much variety, and trays are often empty with slow refills. - Deposits required for a second room key and beach towels.

A really good Hotel and a good price

It’s the second time I stay at Ashlee Hub, and this time I stay 2 month. Everything is working and the staff is very kind. The cleaning of the room is very good👍 A. Valin Jakobsen 😎 I will book again.

The Ashlee has always been a great hotel. The staff are fantastic and it is in a great spot. However the hotel is tired and old. The website is very misleading as it shows pictures of a rooftop entertainment area that doesn’t exist. There is nothing on the roof except a lukewarm swimming pool and no shade or anything else. To use a pool towel, the hotel wants 500 baht deposit. I have been staying at this hotel for many years but it might be time for a change.

The location is not but, because it takes some minutes to get shopping malls and the beach, but you can walk. And location around the hotel is also fun. The hotel room is clean and large for this price. Breakfast is delicious, but there isn't much variety.

Always a great stay at the Ashlee. The staff are always friendly and the stay is always pleasant. A couple of issues though this time I sat on one of the chairs out the front of the hotel that was broken and badly bruised my legs. I also think they could use some shade or facilities around the pool. The whole lounge bar side is closed and it is uncomfortably hot on the roof. Umbrellas and dome decent seating would be great.

Could not sleep all night because of the bar directly under the hotel blasting music until 5:30am. The noise was deafening, staff were rude and felt like we got catfished with the photos provided online. Expensive price for what you get at this place.

Great place to stay, right at Otop Market. Room was very clean and presentable. Even though it was very noisy outside, the double glazed balcony doors block most of it. The only thing I’d add is that the breakfast add on is not worth it. The choices were very limited and you’d get better value from the myriad of offerings in the street.

This property is advertised as 4 star. 2 star at best. The roof top bar and restaurant are not in operation and the pool area consists of a few broken sun lounges. Very run down and service was average. It was very disappointing but the location was good if you like night life. The music from the bars across the street keep you awake until 4.30am.

Found bugs in my room. Every thing about hotel needs upkeep, Breakfast was sad first morning toaster broke no one clearing tables, run out of breakfast items, cold eggs, coffee burnt ran out of plates glasses and silverware.Next morning no toaster sum what better but needs improvement
