"We were 3 of only 5 people in the hotel so services were at a bare minimum, which sucked for us. The place looked fresh and new, which is hard to do as things age quickly in Vietnams climate. The room was delightful and comfortable. The bathroom was a wet room and well laid out. Don't sit on the side of the bath as it's held down and tipped up me which took a bit a work to rectify. "First of all Angela was an excellent host. She is the best. I've never been in a hotel with such amazing staff. The room was fine and quite spacious, with super comfy bed. Might be a bit noisy at night but all good overall. Breakfast very good with lots of choices and also the chef would cook for you additional stuff. We had an amazing stay and they even offered us to have a quick shower after all day we visited Hanoi, this was just epic."
