"This is a great location, walking distance to City Hall & all of the train lines. Super clean and comfortable space with everything you need. Emily proactively provided check-in information and followed up to make sure all was well. She responded immediately when I sent in a comment, although it was not urgent. I wish we had been in town longer to enjoy the apartment."

"The floors need mopping. Was quite dirty to be honest."

"Before you actually go into the unit, you have to go through a hallway and up the steps to the unit. Unfortunately, the presentation when entering the building was not very pleasant. "The space was good for the price."

"We needed a one night stay in Philly last minute and absolutely everything was sold out, but we found this place in the most perfect location that fit our needs massively spacious very comfortable bed and lots of amenities. Came through in a pinch."

"It was dirty. There were bugs. The photos were not of the actual unit. It was disgusting!! We left an hour after we arrived. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!"

"Conveniently close to everything. Super spacious and clean. Great host, super cute room and very comfortable bed. The view is spectacular and the balcony hang out area was a cool place to chill at the end of th day. Be mindful there is no elevator and the stairs are very narrow and there is a third party verification app used where you will have to leave a deposit. (Refunds prompt after stay) Many thanks!!"

"I was under the impression when they said that there was space for 3 people in the room that there would be space for 3 people. I only really needed space for two people, but I figured I would be safe. There was hardly space for one person. The Queen bed is a bit undersized (I would consider that a Full) and the Sofa bed is not a bed. If you want a cheap place near Rittenhouse Square and don't have high expectations, sure you can for sure stay here."

"Very clean and quiet, host got all info over quickly"

"Location was great for the conference I was in town attending. Place could use a coat of paint and a new mattress, other than that I enjoyed my stay. Apartment was comfortable, clean and very quiet, which was lovely after a long day."
