Easy parking out front (just have to move every 2 hours during the week so you don't get a ticket). Apartment was very clean. Beware the steps to it, very steep! I think it was a great value for the price. Being the first renter, there are a few items of improvement but nothing that frustrated our stay. The apartment building isn't the cleanest but we felt safe. I would stay there again."

"The staff were absolutely amazing. We ended up having a last minute business meeting we had to host. I asked the bartender on shift on ordering food and such. He went above and beyond was courteous, professional, and easy to work with. Front desk staff was so helpful with helping me get last minute color print for business meeting. They were professional and courteous and smiles. I have not experienced this level of hospitality in a long time, especially with the amount of people in the area for the world cup and 250th celebration! When we return we will book with them again!"
