This was an excellent place to stay. Everything was clean, nicely decorated, and plenty of parking onsite. There's a lot to do nearby including several dining options. I would definitely come back here again

Good for the Price

First thing, if you have back problems or are pregnant look elsewhere. The bed and the frame is shaky. I felt every spring in the mattress. Other than that the accommodations were good. Everything was clean and tidy. There is a washer and dryer and kitchen area which was really convenient. Overall a pleasant stay.

Overall, property suited our needs. We had the room on the ground floor which was noisy since it was close to the front door and we could hear people coming in and out. There seemed to be other rooms in this building that were not directly next to the front door so these would not have been as noisy. Perhaps consider looking into these rooms instead if noise is a priority for your stay. No issues with parking. Neighborhood seemed safe and quiet. Only other con was that we were not able to adjust the temperature.

From the free arrival communication to every single appointment of the interior and the decor of the apartment; this Urban gym does not disappoint. For starters there's a pizza shop on the corner across from the property. I can't make this stuff up people. The moment you walk on the front door and take a look at the decor; the finishings; and the Martha Stewart like layout.. you know you are at home. There's not much I can say about what they're doing wrong, because they're getting everything right. I guess the only suggestion I would make, taking the risk of sounding like a nitpicker, it would have been nice if there was a broom and a dustpan. Other than that. Everything is perfect! Repeat, everything is absolutely spot on! Well done! Stay calm, carry on...

The apt is updated and pleasant. The manager was professional and dealt with my questions in a timely manner. The bed and bath linens should be updated. A neighbor in a different property had a dog outside several nights that barked a lot. I know this property owner doesn't have anything to do with this, but it did cause a problem sleeping.

The unit was quiet and clean. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever paid to sleep on; springs with no padding. I had to buy some egg crate foam so I could sleep. The couch leg was broken. There was no dish soap for washing dishes. Easy to get in and out. Communication was adequate. I am not fond of being charged an incidental fee that is not refunded until you do a review, a forced review will never be a good one.
