This newly renovated one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is on the second floor and perfect for a midterm stay. This rental is fully furnished and comes with starter toiletries and kitchen supplies. The bedroom is outfitted with blinds and black-out curtains. This unit is located inside a triplex, with two units reserved for Travel Nurses and Midterm Rental guests. This apartment is located 2.2 miles from Einstein Medical Center, 0.5 miles from Temple University, and 0.3 miles from Shriners Hospital for Children. The Broad Street line train is one block away and this home is accessible to many public transportation options. There is no washer or dryer on site. However, we will pay up to $50.00 monthly for a laundry service of your choice.
